Licensed Claims Analyst

A company is looking for a Claims Analyst to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional resolution of claim files to ensure a best-in-class claims experience

Investigate, manage, and resolve assigned claims while adhering to internal best practices

Enhance partner relationships through timely and accurate claim adjustments

Required Qualifications

Active independent adjusters license required (or to be obtained within the first 3 months)

1+ years of full cycle insurance claim handling experience, preferably in relevant areas

Understanding of basic insurance concepts, claims, and policy coverages

Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and modern workplace technology

Flexibility to adapt to changes in traditional processes
