HR & Payroll Administrator
We are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to support our Hillsboro based client manage payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration. This long-term contract role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in payroll processes and HR functions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the full payroll cycle for a workforce of approximately 200 employees, including multi-state payroll processing.
 - Manage employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursement.
 - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to benefits and HR policies.
 - Support open enrollment processes and provide guidance to employees on benefits options.
 - Audit and approve timesheets, submitting payroll files accurately and on schedule.
 - Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including setting up employee accounts and coordinating orientation.
 - Handle employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
 - Administer leave of absence requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
 - Collaborate with external payroll service providers to optimize HR and payroll operations.
 
Requirements :
Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll for organizations with 100-500 employees.Proficiency in multi-state payroll processing and compliance.Expertise in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.Strong background in benefits administration and open enrollment processes.Familiarity with onboarding procedures and employee relations management.Ability to handle leave of absence administration and ensure policy adherence.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
