Job description

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Transform the customer support organization into a proactive experience driver that enhances loyalty and revenue

Lead and develop the customer experience team while establishing clear goals and a positive culture

Monitor performance metrics and leverage analytics to improve service quality and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in leading customer experience or support teams

Experience in fast-paced, growth-stage DTC or subscription startups

Proven track record of scaling teams and systems while maintaining high service standards

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making

Familiarity with emerging technologies, especially AI, to enhance customer experiences
