Purpose
Supporting the Company in the fundamental role of achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Principal Accountabilities
Nature and Scope
The nature of this role is to have an outstanding ability to service customers effectively and confidently with an aptitude to sell product and promote services, maximizing all opportunities while maintaining gross profit goals. This is not a supervisory role, however, coaching skills are required to effectively communicate with supporting customer service staff.
The individual will spend all of their time in an office environment using standard office equipment. They will need to talk / listen, stand, sit and type often. They occasionally may need to climb stairs, crouch, kneel, and balance. Mental demands include the ability to resolve problems, handle conflict, use tactical and strategic thinking, and work under moderate stress.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
