Work Hours : Monday - Friday; 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Pay Scale : $17.00 - $24.00 / hr DOE

Primary Job Function : To assist sales the sales team in reporting, educating clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments, and tracking sales performance.

The Customer Service Associate will act as a liaison between the customer and company, making sure that customer needs are met while maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer and all company departments.

Required Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 2-year customer service and / or sales experience or equivalent education
  • Demonstrated core customer service skills always exhibiting customer-oriented decisions
