A respected Seattle law firm is seeking a  Temporary Litigation Legal Assistant (4905)  to provide administrative and litigation support to its busy team. This is an on-site position offering immediate start and the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and staff in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide floating legal assistant support across multiple practice groups as needed
• Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
• Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Assist with e-filing in state and federal courts and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Maintain and organize case files, both electronic and physical
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow
• Perform general administrative duties, including billing, time entry, and document management

Qualifications :

Compensation :  $27.00 to $35.00 Hourly, DOE
