Calculated Solutions Group is a leading Staffing Agency in Birmingham, and we are currently looking for a skilled and certified Electrician to join our established clients growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with local electrical codes.
- Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or malfunctions.
- Diagnose electrical problems and develop solutions to resolve them.
- Perform electrical upgrades and modifications as required.
- Collaborate with other trades professionals to ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Requirements
- Valid electrician license or certification is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an electrician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
