About the Role

We're looking for a fully licensed therapist to join our team, someone with a passion for counseling and a desire to make a meaningful difference. We value flexibility and understand the need for work-life balance, which is why we allow you to dictate your own caseload and schedule. We're hiring for a hybrid role where you can see clients in our Houston Galleria office and remotely. We can accommodate various availabilities, whether you prefer daytime, evening, or weekend hours.

We seek professionals who are committed to growth and who bring a collaborative spirit to our supportive environment. We are looking for a therapist who can commit to a minimum of 10-20+ clinical hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Therapy and Counseling : Conduct individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs.
• Assessment and Diagnosis : Perform comprehensive assessments and create effective, client-centered treatment plans.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping : Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaboration : Work with other professionals and community resources to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
• Continuing Education : Stay current with best practices in the field and pursue ongoing training to enhance your clinical skills.
