Responsibilities :

• Leading CR process management at assigned stores by observing, installing, and training approved processes.
• Manage and enhance the overall customer experience
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide assistance with administering Employee Satisfaction Survey programs.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the Performance Dashboard.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor customer feedback and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Train and support team members on customer service best practices
• Maintain dealership standards for communication, professionalism, and customer care
