Litigation Attorney

We are looking for an experienced New Hampshire and Massachusetts licensed litigation attorney to manage the Firm's litigation practice.

The position requires strong attention to detail, writing skills, punctuality and an ability to self-manage cases from start to finish. Background in real estate and business litigation helpful.

Must be admitted in New Hampshire and / or Massachusetts.

The Firm focuses on the representation of national and regional lenders and investors in commercial and residential closings, foreclosures, providing general business representation to regional and local businesses and in general civil litigation.

We are a collegial law office with a casual and fun work environment.
