Duties

Advocate for employer clients in litigation matters before courts, the EEOC, NLRB, MCAD, and arbitration panels.

Draft and negotiate employment agreements, policies, and position statements.

Manage labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice proceedings, and related negotiations.

Provide practical counsel on compliance with federal and state labor and employment statutes.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of management-side labor and employment experience.

Demonstrated success in court, agency, and arbitration advocacy.

Proven client service record with strong case management abilities.

Experience researching and drafting motions, briefs, and regulatory filings.

Education

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
