We are seeking an excellent outside sales representative with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. We’re seeking an outside sales representative who can learn our sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships.

We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, company car, and competitive compensation with benefits to ensure your success.

Job seekers should be motivated self-starters with superior communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. A great first impression and the ability to work at a fast pace is a must.

  • Compensation :

    $75,000 - $125,000 at plan with benefits

    Responsibilities :

    • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
    • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
    • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
    • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
    • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
    • Complete daily sales routes and appointments
    • Join industry organizations and attend industry trade shows, expos, meetings, and other functions
    • Set up and attend one-on-one lunches, company presentations for clients, and fun outings
    • Working closely with the Business Development Executive to communicate customer feedback
    • Liaises with other members of the team to solve client problems
    • Great communication
    • Follow the business plan

    Qualifications :

    • A consistent top performer in sales
    • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
    • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
    • Ability to show great communication
    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Google Products
    • High energy level, sense of urgency, and results-driven
    • Competent in the use of CRM systems for managing prospects and customers
    • Ability to make a good first impression
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to assist and travel (drive) within the territory 100% of the time
    • Must currently live in the LA / OC area.
