Inventory Lead

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage inventory processes, ensuring accurate and timely tracking, storage, and handling of products.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain compliance and identify discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels to ensure the availability of products and proactively place reorders as needed.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures aligned with company policies.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to manage supplier relations and restocking timelines.
• Assist with inventory receiving, labeling, and shelving to ensure streamlined operations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for inventory management processes, providing guidance to team members.
• Ensure compliance with all cannabis industry regulations and company's policies, especially those related to inventory handling.
• Work closely with the operations team to achieve overall store goals and support broad operational needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and state regulations impacting inventory processes.
• Notify management of any discrepancies.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirement :

Skills & Knowledge :

Job Type : Full-time, 8-hour shift,

Pay : $18-$21 per hour
