Inside Sales Representative - Overnight

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Radon and Crawlspace Encapsulation Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating homeowners about radon risks and crawlspace problems, providing expert consultations, and delivering customized solutions to improve indoor air quality and protect home foundations. You will play a key role in growing our customer base and ensuring that each client receives the best possible solution for their needs.

Identify and pursue new leads via direct sales, networking, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.

Attend industry events, home expos, and local networking opportunities to generate new business.

Educate homeowners on the dangers of radon exposure, potential health risks, and the benefits of crawlspace encapsulation.

Analyze customer needs and recommend customized radon mitigation systems and crawlspace encapsulation solutions.

Work to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.

Customer Relationship

Ensure a positive customer experience from the initial consultation through to post-installation follow-up.

Provide feedback to the installation team to ensure the best outcomes for each customer.

Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement, environmental services, or construction industries.

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools to track leads, proposals, and sales performance.
