Job descriptionHandle inbound and outbound client calls to understand needs and offer solutions Provide detailed information about insurance products and services Guide clients through the insurance application process Close sales effectively, meeting or exceeding monthly targets Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues quickly Maintain accurate records and client data Attend ongoing training and licensing requirements 1 of either Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance license in California (Both Preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual in English and One other languaged preferred(verbal and written) Active drivers license Computer savvy with ability to manage CRM and digital tools Must live within a 12-mile radius of the office Strong phone communication skills and sales aptitude

This role combines sales and customer service, focusing on building strong client relationships and meeting their insurance needs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives under pressure, excels at closing deals, and provides exceptional client support.
Compensation :
- Base salary starting at $50,000
- Commission and bonus opportunities with potential earnings exceeding $100,000+ annually
- Top performers earned over $200,000 in commission last year
