Summary

Verigent's client is currently searching for an experienced program manager. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and credibility to carry the relationship with the customer.

Objectives

Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
Automate business processes to make new market launches more efficient
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Utilize multiple data streams for program assessment and changes

Responsibilities

Work with training, resource management, finance and HR to coordinate new launches for new customers in existing markets or new geographies

Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives

Identify gaps in assumptions versus measured data and negotiate necessary adjustments

Work with the finance team to ensure billing is accurate and timely

Identify risks and opportunities across multiple departments

Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders

Hold periodic program reviews for cross-functional team members

Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in program management

Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, analytics, and organization

Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders

Experience making data driven assessments and decisions
