Compiler Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Compiler Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a team of experienced compiler engineers

Establishing team objectives to meet schedules and goals

Communicating with senior management regarding team vision and development

Required Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, ECE, or equivalent experience; Ph.D. or Masters preferred

10+ years of overall experience in software engineering with at least 4 years in management

Strong software design fundamentals and deep understanding of compilers and programming languages

Knowledge of software engineering principles
