About the Role :
As the Controller , you will lead the organization's financial health, ensuring compliance, maintaining accuracy, and improving efficiency. Your role will directly influence both daily operations and long-term planning.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead all accounting functions : accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledgerAnalyze and prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements for leadership reviewManage cash flow, investments, and financial planningEnsure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, especially healthcare-specific financial rulesOversee internal controls and policy implementationDrive the annual audit process and ensure accurate reportingMentor and supervise the finance teamOffer financial insight to guide operational and strategic decisionsStay up to date with developments in healthcare finance to support innovation and efficiencyWhat You’ll Bring to the Team :
