Salary is commission based, starting from $27.5 per hour.
We are looking for certified trainers with the following attributes :
- Excited and enthusiastic about growth and development, never-ending appetite for learning
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-beat and goal driven with positive personality
- Creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs of every client
- Great time management and organizational skills always on time
- Excellent communication skills
- High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies
- 1-2 years of experience working as a personal trainer
- Must be a team player
- Open to extensive training
- Must pass background check
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Flexible schedule required
