Job Overview

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for our Admission Transition Unit at the New Brunswick campus.

The Admission Unit is an inpatient unit primarily for patients who require a higher level of care and closer monitoring, referred to as intermediate care, IMC. These patients are admitted directly from the ER or other hospitals and remain under the care of our team until deemed appropriate to transition to one of the floors.

Qualifications

Required :

• ASN or Nursing Diploma
• At least 1 year of acute care RN experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
