Delivering this care is our highest priority and greatest joy and we want you to join us!\n\nWe are proud to offer our BAYADA nurses : \n Flexible day time schedules to fit your work / life balance\n The opportunity to care for patients one-on-one using your nursing and critical thinking skills\n A caring team environment that focuses on your growth and development\n Recognition programs and referral bonuses\n 401(k) with company match\n A competitive benefits package with paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance\n\nAs a Start of Care nurse you will be prepared to succeed and to deliver exceptional care.\n Learn and expand your clinical skills caring for clinically complex level patients in the home\n Perform 1-3 Start of Care visits per day in a small geographical territory, focusing on 1 : 1 care with each patient\n Deliver 1 : 1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care\n Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and / or their family, and monitor patients' condition\n\nQualifications for a Start of Care nurse : \n A current NJ nursing license in good standing.\n At least one year of related experience, preferably in Home Health.\n Comfortable utilizing an EMR; experience with HCHB a plus!\n Preferably experience with OASIS and completing Start of Care visits.\n\nAdditional Information : \nBase Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation : \n$55.00 - $62.00 per point\n $5,000 Sign on Bonus! for full time Admissions RN positions only.\n\nAs an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state / local mandates.\n\nBAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
