About the Role As a Senior Product Designer on the Ads & Promos Design team, you’ll play a key role in crafting the most seamless and intuitive marketing experience for merchants on DoorDash.

You’ll collaborate closely with a tight-knit cross-functional team to shape the strategy behind how we communicate the value of marketing on DoorDash. Your work will empower merchants with rich insights and discovery tools that help them drive better outcomes through our marketing products. You’ll be instrumental in defining the future of an advertising platform that connects local businesses with over 30 million consumers on DoorDash.

This role can be based in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City and will report into the Design Manager for Ads & Promotions. This is a hybrid role, with some time in-office and some time remote.

You\'re excited about this opportunity because you will… Lead the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting visions

Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship your designs

Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities

Create, collaborate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

Design and ship high-quality product improvements

Compensation

The successful candidate\'s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

For salaried roles : flexible paid time off / vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

For hourly roles : vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours / month if working 40 hours / week; about 3.4 hours / month if working 20 hours / week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours / month if working 40 hours / week; about 2.9 hours / month if working 20 hours / week).

The national base pay ranges for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
