Title : Senior MechanicalIntegrity Engineer
Location : Baytown TX (OnSite)
Rate : $45on W 2
Roles & Responsibilities :
- This position is a mechanical integritytechnical position for fixed equipment in support of petrochemicalfacility. This position provides technical support to the site witha focus on managing the risk based inspection programtroubleshooting asset improvement and technologyselection.
- Ownership of unit risk basedinspection program
- Work selectionrecommendations
- Planning inspections withappropriate coverage and NDE techniques
- Analysis of inspection results and recommended futureactions
- Perform mechanical analysis ofrequired thickness and fitness for service assessments
- Respond to plant operational events
- Provide repair and replacement specifications
- Analyze site fixed equipment performance
- Drive site asset improvement in the areas of SafetyReliability Environmental Performance and Equipment Capability andEfficiency in a team setting
- Support capitalprojects and minor modifications in the areas of design consultingtechnical quality assurance and startup assistance
- Communicate and interact daily with InspectionMaintenance Process and Operations team members
Required Skills (TechnicalCompetency) :
- Required B.S.(or higher) Degree in Mechanical Materials Corrosion Engineering orequivalent
- Minimum of 10 years experience withMechanical Integrity in a Petrochemical facility

- Experience withMeridium / Credo / Pestra and SAP
