A fast-growing, tech-enabled real estate company is searching for a Head of Marketing. The company operates in both the B2C and B2B spaces—serving end consumers through a highly automated service platform while also managing third-party and investor-facing relationships.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the company’s marketing strategy and execution. This executive will serve as the architect of a unified marketing vision that supports both business lines—consumer-facing and partner / investor-facing—and leads a growing internal team.
The ideal candidate brings experience across brand, digital, content, and communications; is equally fluent in analytics and storytelling; and thrives in high-ownership, cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Organizational Leadership
Define and implement a comprehensive, data-informed marketing strategy across B2C and B2B segments.
Build, lead, and mentor a multi-disciplinary marketing team; establish structure, processes, and performance goals.\Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals.
Integrated Marketing & Brand Management
Own the full marketing mix—brand, content, digital, SEO / SEM, PR, email, and investor communications.
Evolve and steward brand positioning to ensure consistency, relevance, and differentiation across all platforms.
Oversee development of engaging content for multiple audiences including consumers, investors, and partners.
Growth & Performance Marketing
Lead demand generation efforts and customer acquisition strategies across digital channels.
Use data and analytics to measure ROI and drive ongoing optimization of campaigns.
Leverage automation tools, CRM systems, and lead funnels to scale efficiently.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work in partnership with Sales, Product / Technology, Operations, and Finance to drive go-to-market plans.
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and broader leadership team.
Act as an external-facing representative of the brand when needed, including with investors and partners.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in marketing, including significant leadership experience in a scaling organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead holistic marketing efforts across both B2C and B2B environments.
Previous exposure to real estate, proptech, or operationally intensive industries strongly preferred.
Proven success building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
