Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategic roadmap, business model, and KPIs for the Employee Listening & Insights portfolio
Lead go-to-market, sales, and partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and customer expansion
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape innovation, analytics, and feature development
Required Qualifications
15+ years of leadership experience in SaaS, HR technology, or people analytics
Proven success in scaling business units and driving growth
Experience in cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and customer success teams
Strong ability to utilize data-driven insights and analytical tools for decision-making
Experience in ensuring compliance with privacy, security, and ethical standards in handling people data
