We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Engineering Manager to oversee all engineering activities within our manufacturing site, including current project management and upcoming product launches. This pivotal role ensures the smooth integration of engineering practices into manufacturing processes to meet budgetary and performance goals. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in manufacturing, specifically with experience in process, mechanical, or shop floor engineering, driving continuous improvement, and leading effective teams in a high-paced environment.

Salary : $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of engineers to achieve project and organization goals.
• Develop, manage, and adhere to the engineering budget to ensure financial targets are met.
• Oversee all project manpower and cost considerations, optimizing resources and budget.
• Take charge of new product introductions, ensuring seamless integration into current processes.
• Establish and maintain rigorous process standards to ensure high-quality production.
• Drive the development and continuous improvement of engineering processes and systems.
• Lead projects from conception through completion with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
• Explore new materials and processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and product reliability.
• Champion continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives that add value to our customers and the organization.
• Ensure engineering solutions meet design and requirements and uphold the highest engineering standards.
• Manage and forecast both fixed and capital budgets effectively.
• Enforce compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Evaluate the performance of direct reports and provide guidance for professional growth.
