This position is for a Global Trade (GT) professional within the Collins Aerospace GT Program Management Office (PMO).

The GT professional shall be responsible for supporting day-to-day GT PMO activities with a specific focus on Central GT programmatic tools and processes that collect key GT performance metrics and support overall program sustainment.

What You Will Do :

• Manage and support the implementation and operation of various GT tools (e.g., SharePoint, Tableau, Dashboards, relational database management systems, and workflows) in partnership with Digital Technology.
• Facilitate and manage the tracking of GT Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) through continuous improvement of key programmatic and business tools, including SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, SAP (and / or related ERP systems), Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Analysis of data analytics to strategically address trends, GT program health, and areas of opportunity across the Collins Aerospace GT program.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
