Sylvan Learning Center is urgently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Academic Manager to join our team!

In this role, you will :

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our Piedmont Sylvan location.
• Oversee a team of part-time teachers, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
• Ensure the smooth delivery of Sylvan's academic programs to our students.
• Collaborate with the Center staff to develop and implement strategies for student success.
• Meet with parents regularly to update them on their child's progress in the Sylvan program.
• Meet and exceed educational sales goals.
