Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our West Raleigh location and Interventional Radiology department. This leadership role requires a combination of administrative, clinical, and technical expertise to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily operations of the West Raleigh location and Interventional Radiology department.

Lead, train, and mentor technologists and nurses, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and acquisition of imaging equipment.

Collaborate with interventional radiologists and healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

3-5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.

ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration in good standing.

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.

Hands-on radiology experience is a plus.

Knowledge of interventional radiology procedures, imaging systems, and PACS preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
