The Information Technology Services (ITS) division powers this mission — delivering the infrastructure, automation, and applications that make equitable service possible across the city.
As part of DSS’s ongoing modernization efforts, ITS is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Enterprise Document Automation (EDA) initiative — a key project transforming how DSS creates, manages, and delivers vital communications to clients.
The Role
The Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation within the EDA Project , which modernizes DSS’s IBM FileNet IS / P8 enterprise content management ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to define requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure all communications meet accessibility, compliance, and multilingual standards (per Local Law 30 ).
