Job Summary : As an Assistant Controller, you will be responsible for helping with monthly, quarterly, and fiscal close, including preparation of financial statements for assigned Divisions or Subsidiaries. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated professional with proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with various team members and levels of management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for managing and developing staff.
• Responsible for delivering accurate financial statements.
• Has oversight of and will be engaged in closing (weekly and monthly) activities, reconciliations, monthly forecasting, and yearly budgeting processes.
• Will engage in key projects and initiatives.
• Manage and engage in all accounting activities.
• Manage, engage, and report on finance transformation activities, including technology changes.
• Manage, engage, and report on internal control / audit activities.
