$169,000.00 / yr - $275,000.00 / yr

What You'll Do

  • Serve as lead counsel on complex legal matters in your area of expertise.
  • Manage existing client relationships while driving business development efforts.
  • Collaborate across disciplines within the firm to provide integrated legal solutions.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the growth and leadership of your practice group.
  • Maintain the highest standards of legal ethics, client service, and professional development.

    • Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years of experience in private practice with deep expertise in one or more of the listed practice areas.
  • Established book of portable business (required for partner-level consideration).
  • Strong reputation in the legal community and client-centered mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while engaging in firm-wide initiatives and cross-practice collaboration.
  • Admitted to practice and in good standing with the relevant state bar(s).
