The Enhanced Collections Division is seeking a dedicated Enhanced Collections Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for the public, helping customers navigate court processes related to fines and fees, establishing payment plans, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. You'll also perform investigative "skip tracing" to locate information, process legal documents, and maintain thorough, up-to-date case records using automated systems.
The Enhanced Collections Assistant position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values accuracy and integrity in every task. If you have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in clerical and customer service, especially in a court, banking, or collections setting, and possess strong communication skills with an eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you!
This recruitment will fill current vacancies in Downtown Riverside in addition to establishing a countywide eligibility list.
