Job Details : Pay : $305 Hr.

Coverage : ASAP – 6 months with option to extend, as needed - Full Time only

Schedule : M-S 7a-5p x 4 days weekly- Requires at least 1 weekend / month availability

Will be working Fontana & Ontario, CA

Setting : Hospital

Daily Responsibilities : General Anesthesia - General surgery, Orthopedics, GYN, Urology, possibly small bit of Neuro but not likely.

No OB or Cardiac.

Provider will see some healthy Peds patients but nothing significant and just standard cases.

Facility does employ CRNA’s as well - candidates should be comfortable with the rare occurrence of needing to assist

No Call

Patients per shift : Depends on area designated but generally 4-6 cases per shift

EMR : Epic

Credentialing timeframe : 12 weeks from the time application is submitted as target start but could start sooner depending on how quickly credentialing is completed

Requirements :

Active unrestricted CA License

Active AHA ACLS & BLS certifications

Vaccination Requirement : Required

Board Certified

Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.

Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
