Hotel Cook

Marriott Albuquerque is currently seeking a cook to join our team! We ensure a professional and friendly work environment. The hotel cook is to provide our guests with excellent dining experience while preparing all orders in an efficient, timely and high-quality manner. Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies / service procedures and standards
• Prepare and cook food items for line using standartized food techniques
• Expedite the line during serving periods as needed
• Assist in the coordination of opening and closing as well as all line prep duties
• Stock all food stations and prepare all for for next shift as required
• Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment.
• Maintain sanitary regulations of food temperatures and rotating products
• Complete regular sanitization / disinfection of all kitchen and food work areas to include flooring,storerooms,prep areas and equipment.
• Coordinates all receiving and storing of products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management staff
