HR Manager
We are working with our client, a continuously growing construction firm, to find a hands-on HR Manager to support its growing workforce. The HR Manager role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, project-driven environment and is passionate about aligning people strategies with business goals. The HR Manager will be full onsite.
Salary up to $110,000 + potential bonus
Responsibilities of the HR Manager :
Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with operational objectives
Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational structure
Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Support hiring managers in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Manage benefits administration, payroll coordination, and policy updates
Ensure HR practices are effectively implemented across job sites
Qualifications of the HR Manager :
4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in construction or a related industry
Bachelors degree
Strong knowledge of employment law, workforce compliance. safety regulations, etc.
