Family Medicine Hospitalist

Springfield, Illinois

Position Highlights:

  • Work-Life Balance:7 on 7 off day shift only with 24 days of PTO
  • Desirable Practice Setting:9 Family Medicine trained providers with APP and resident support
  • Favorable Call Schedule:Only 4 days of call a month, never back to back days
  • Culture: Positive, collegial, learning environment.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary:Guaranteed Salary based on experience
  • Additional Bonus Incentives:10% of total base salary paid quarterly
  • Sign-On Bonus:$20,000
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package:Excellent benefits package comparable to all academic institutions
  • Relocation Assistance:$10,000
