Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector is seeking a Manager of Energetics Manufacturing to support the Energetics Manufacturing Engineering group at our Rocket Center, WV location. This position will be located on-site at our Rocket Center, WV location. No remote opportunities are available for this position. As Manager in the Energetics Manufacturing Engineering group, candidate will be responsible for providing supervisory / management responsibilities for a small group of engineers working on production and development rocket motor and / or warhead programs, while also providing technical leadership and guidance. This manager will also work on proposal requests and provide manufacturing plans and estimates to support business growth.

Prior project, program, or people leadership experience
Strong mechanical skills and exposure to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDandT)
Knowledge of propellant / explosive manufacturing
Prior experience working with DoD and / or DoE customers
Salary Range
$101,900.00 - $152,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
