Senior IAM Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior IAM Engineer to lead and support the operations and development of their SailPoint IdentityIQ environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for SailPoint IdentityIQ, managing integrations, enhancements, and operational stability

Design, develop, and deploy custom connectors, APIs, and plugins to extend SailPoint IIQ functionality

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure identity lifecycle automation and compliance reporting

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) deployment and engineering

Deep technical expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including system integration and connector development

Strong proficiency in Java and experience with UI-based plugin development

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Experience with Agile methodologies, CI / CD build tools, and cloud-based environments
