Key Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2+ years of Personal Lines Account Management experience within the insurance industry; brokerage experience is a plus!
• Property & Casualty License
• Strong technical insurance knowledge, including an in-depth understanding of coverage and product knowledge, coupled with a solid grasp of agency functions and procedures.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with various insurance agency management systems, MS Office, and various database management systems.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective and professional service, addressing the insurance needs of clients and producers.
• Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through outside sales initiatives.
• Conduct thorough reviews of insurance applications.
• Provide ongoing support to current clients while actively generating new business.
• Accurately compile data related to insurance policy changes and records.
• Coordinate and oversee services, coverages, pricing, and proposals, leading to successful sales finalization.
• Maintain a consistently high level of customer service and professionalism.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 Per Year
