PositionDescription :
- Serveas the ServiceNow Technical Project Manager for multipleinfrastructureprojects.
- ProvideProject management leadership effectively drive the projectschedule deliverables and manage projectrisks.
- Facilitateeffective communications within a complex matrix organization(internal / externalteams).
- Facilitaterequirements gathering that can effectively be translated intocustomer acceptancedocumentation.
- Workclosely with SMEs and Engineers in designing and developingsolutions that meet the customerrequirements.
- Participatein discovery sessions and process definitions with the project teamanddevelopers.

Experiencein the processes and module development principles that enableseffective communications with stakeholders to develop enterprisebusiness solutions for our customer that leverages industryprocesses and bestpractices.
Requirements
BasicQualifications
- Bachelorsdegree and 7 years of experience Masters and 5 years of experienceor 11 years of experience in lieu of adegree
- BachelorsDegree in Computer Science Mathematics Engineering or a relatedfield.
- Mastersor Doctorate degree may substitute for requiredexperience.
- 10years of experience as an IT infrastructure technical projectmanagement.
- 7years of experience with ServiceNow platform and effective insetting a clear vision based on ServiceNow capabilities andindustry bestpractices.
- Knowledgeand experience with CCaaS solutionsimplementation.
- Mustbe able to obtain and maintain a PublicTrust.

- Effectiveleadership communications and team player (externally / externally).
- Knowledgeof Asset Management IT Service ManagementGovernance / Risk / Compliance ServiceNowModules.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience,Masters and 5 years of experience or 11 years of experience in lieuof a degree Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics,Engineering or a related field.
Masters or Doctorate degree maysubstitute for required experience. 10 years of experience as an ITinfrastructure technical project management.

Knowledge and experience with CCaaS solutions implementation. Mustbe able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Required Skills ITTechnical Project Management Leadership (PMP required).

Experience withCCaaS Applications (i.e., AWS Connect or Genesys). Experiencedesigning and developing ServiceNow process flows / workflows.
