About the Role :
We are seeking a high-energy, field-based Territory Manager to join a fast-paced B2B industrial services organization . This role is ideal for a self-motivated hunter who thrives on in-person cold calling, managing a recurring revenue book, and is driven by uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct 50+ in-person cold calls weekly across your assigned territory
Prospect and build new business through field visits, outbound calls, and digital outreach
Manage and expand a base of active service clients from day one
Sell a mix of capital equipment and recurring service contracts
Maintain full CRM (HubSpot) compliance, logging all activities and opportunities
Complete comprehensive product and sales process training
Collaborate on infrastructure-based solutions with cross-functional teams as needed
Performance Expectations :
50+ in-person prospecting visits weekly
100+ new service-covered assets added per month
$300K $400K in annual gross profit from new equipment sales
Consistent growth in both product and service revenue
High CRM accuracy and timely reporting
Compensation & Perks :
Immediate commissionable revenue from existing service accounts (~$32K $40K / year)

Qualifications : Required :
3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience
Proven track record in cold-calling and self-generated leads
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Strong CRM discipline and a data-driven sales mindset
Coachable, accountable, and able to follow a structured sales framework
Preferred :
Background in industrial products / services , construction equipment, logistics, or route-based sales
Experience with recurring contracts or service-based selling
Travel Requirements :
Must be based in Minneapolis St. Paul metro
Occasional overnight travel (1 2 nights per trip) within territory
Candidates based in Wisconsin will not be considered
