Senior COBOL Developer

A company is looking for a Senior COBOL Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze application documentation and ensure compliance with IRS guidelines

Create, update, and maintain IBM COBOL programs, including unit testing and documentation

Support modernization efforts and provide independent testing to improve code quality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience

At least five years of relevant experience

At least four years of experience with IBM COBOL programming language

Experience with DB2, CICS, and IRS processing systems preferred

Must be a US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident for three years and be Federal Tax compliant
