Lead Maintenance Technician (46957)

Overview

Lead Maintenance Technician role at Two Coast Living. You oversee ongoing facility maintenance and repairs to keep the company's multifamily property operating and appearing at its best.

Responsibilities

• Use five-plus years of experience in property maintenance (residential or hospitality) to address work orders and other repair and maintenance issues before they escalate into major problems, including at least one year of supervising others.
• Utilize one or more technical certifications to address critical areas such as HVAC repairs and maintenance; CPO to handle pools and spas; or other specialized training for electrical or plumbing issues.
• Proactively address routine maintenance and maintain overall cleanliness of the property, including resident amenities like the pool and clubhouse.
• Lead by example, assist where needed, complete work orders, and help other technicians with work orders.
• Manage the Make-Ready board to keep turnover work on schedule and ensure the property grounds are kept up.
• Engage in difficult conversations with employees and residents to understand and resolve concerns, with strong attention to detail and project management to find cost-effective, high-quality, timely resolutions.
• Maintain a safe working environment for the team and a safe living environment for residents with a safety-first approach, including EPA-certified handling of substances and training on safety procedures and protocols.
• Hours : Full-time, Monday through Friday at the location, with occasional on-call hours as set by the Property Management team.
