Location : Flint and Ann Arbor Service Region with offices located in North Branch or Dexter, MI

Position Summary :   The Install Repair Supervisor plays a vital role in the customer experience journey and leads a team of customer front facing field technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our customer prem fixed wireless and fiber infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of a team of field technicians.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate and schedule field service activities, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Monitor technician performance and productivity.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to technicians.
• Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards.
• Inspect completed work to verify accuracy and compliance.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Interact with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to quickly resolve network outages and service interruptions.
• Other duties as assigned
