Job Summary :
Classic Kia of Carrollton is looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be tasked with ensuring that customers receive the very best service experience.
You will be the liaison between the customers and the technicians, conducting all necessary transactions, while keeping customers informed of repair and maintenance status.
This is a full time position located in Carrollton, Texas.

Responsibilities :
- Take incoming calls and greet customers in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments
- Monitor technician and repair progress
- Provide customers with information regarding services, costs, and expected completion times
- Obtain customer approval and payment for services
- Ensure customer satisfaction at pick up and delivery times
- Encourage customers to return for additional service needs
- Ensure accuracy with all paperwork and documentation
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ASE Certified preferred
- CDK experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of dealership service processes
- Understanding of automobile parts, systems, and components
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Dealership Management Systems
