Experiential Customer-Facing Spaces Program Manager
AWS Marketing is looking for a skilled program manager to drive and deliver experiential customer-facing spaces. You'll orchestrate the full lifecycle - from design iterations to implementation and launch - while managing multiple stakeholder relationships across AWS's ecosystem and external firms. Working with global teams, you'll maintain a unified strategy that aligns with AWS's business objectives and guidelines to deliver world-class customer experiences. Success requires equal parts creative vision, execution, risk mitigation, and strong project management capabilities to track project progress and manage relationships with vendors and workstream leads, while continuously evaluating and optimizing program effectiveness through feedback.
On a typical day, this role engages with various internal and external teams to align and develop compelling immersive customer experiences. They participate in and lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders and vendors, maintain detailed project trackers, and contribute to regular business reviews and status reports. The role involves audience and industry research to ensure experiences resonate with customers, while also reviewing and implementing vendor recommendations.
Success in this position requires a balance of strategic thinking, attention to detail, creative expertise, and operational rigor, along with the ability to influence and collaborate across global teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.
Key Job Responsibilities
This role requires travel a few times a year to perform site visits and facilitate pre-launch and launch activities.
