Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Insurance Account Manager located in Layton, UT. The Licensed Insurance Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining positive client relationships, processing insurance policy renewals, adjustments, and cancellations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring clients' insurance needs are met. The role also involves negotiating policy terms and conditions with insurance carriers, handling claims, and staying updated on industry regulations and trends.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license and knowledge of insurance products
• Customer service, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
