SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Packaging Regional Sales Manager to lead our Outside Sales team in North Texas. This role is responsible for driving revenue and margin growth across a defined territory by building a high-performance sales culture, developing top sales talent, and executing strategic growth plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing sales team members.
Maintain and grow relationships with top regional accounts (Top 10).
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and quarterly performance reviews for all direct reports.
Lead and / or participate in regular sales meetings to drive alignment and share best practices.
Prepare and manage annual budgets and regional sales forecasts.
Collaborate with internal departments (purchasing, operations, marketing) to ensure alignment with territory objectives.
Stay up to date on regional customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners and introduce new products aligned with strategic opportunities.
Present and negotiate pricing programs to customers in the assigned territory.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, serving as a role model for integrity and professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in packaging or industrial distribution.
