Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services. We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at our Inver Grove Heights office. This individual is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems and directing members to the appropriate people. Prior new account, lending and sales experience is preferred; prior credit union experience is helpful. As needed, this individual may be asked to assist at any of our other five branch locations : Woodbury, Stillwater, Eagan, Inver Grove Heights and Hugo. The hours are as follows as well as other hours as needed (this is a rotating two-week schedule) :

Week One Sunday : OFF

Monday : 8 : 45 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 8 : 45 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 8 : 45 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Thursday : 8 : 45 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Friday : 8 : 45 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Saturday : OFF

Week One Total Hours : 39.75 Hours Lunch Breaks for Week One are 30 Minutes Monday through Friday.

Week Two Sunday : OFF

Monday : 8 : 45 AM - 1 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 8 : 45 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 8 : 45 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Thursday : 8 : 45 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Friday : 8 : 45 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Saturday : 9 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM

Week Two Total Hours : 39.25 Hours Week Two Lunch Breaks are 30 Minutes on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This is Grade 7 - Hourly, Full-time position with Benefits. The starting rate of pay is $21.69 - $23.05 per hour. Excellent benefits including health / dental insurance, personal leave, tuition reimbursement, life insurance and retirement.
